A PLACE TO LEARN FROM REAL USE

Observe the needs.
Test the answers.

Battery diagnostics, workshop organisation, parts circularity and charging literacy: practical areas where innovation must prove useful. Each proposed trial will need a defined scope, responsibilities and success criteria.

FROM IDEA TO PILOT

A clear framework.
A useful ambition.

Start with a problem

Describe who faces the problem and what needs to change.

02

Build a focused trial

Define participants, duration, resources, data and stopping conditions.
